About the role

As a CNC operator, you will work with programming and CAM preparation (Siemens, Autodesk Fusion), setup, and operation of CNC-controlled milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis), primarily using Siemens control systems. You are responsible for ensuring high quality in production and that work is performed according to drawings and specifications.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Performing self-inspection using measurement and quality control of parts
• Creating and optimizing programs
• Optimizing tools as needed
• Developing automated manufacturing processes
• Working on continuous improvements in production

The position is full-time and permanent, with working hours Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 (can be adjusted if needed). The location is Helsingborg. Start date is by agreement.

About you

We welcome you if you have:

• Practical experience working as a CNC miller or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and ability to independently use measuring techniques
• Experience with CAM, ISO, and/or dialog programming (advantageous)
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and quality awareness
