About the Role
We are looking for chefs with a solid background in the hospitality industry. You will play a central role in the kitchen, contributing both your expertise and leadership. You will work closely with the head chef and the team to ensure the highest standards of taste, presentation, and efficiency. With us, you can work year-round at various venues ranging from restaurants and hotels to catering and events – all over Skåne, from Malmö to Österlen. From bustling restaurants to cozy bistros.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of documented experience as a chef
• Is confident in all kitchen stations
• Has good knowledge of ingredients and technical skills
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Has high demands for quality and details

Advantageous:

• Experience from fine dining or high-volume kitchens
• Leadership experience as sous chef or head chef
• Knowledge of menu development and cost control

We are looking for someone with the following traits:

🔥 At least 3 years of kitchen experience
🔥 Positive and flexible
🔥 Curious and eager to develop
🔥 Has a driver's license and car – not a requirement but a big plus!
