Hello! We are Clockwork. We work with recruitment and staffing, but we often say we are in the "better future industry" – because we want to be a driving force for companies and people who want to develop. Our offer is precise matching between companies' needs and employees' qualities, whether it concerns jobs in the industrial or service sector, within the school world, or in various integration projects. We believe in people, and we know that the right person in the right place makes a difference. Therefore, it is important for us to keep track of every market, every company, and every employee. And therefore, we value a strong local presence. You will meet us in twenty cities from Stockholm in the south to Piteå in the north. About the Company
Do you want to work as a Warehouse Worker in a production environment? Clockwork is now looking for several employees for our international client! The workplace has its production in Jordbro, south of Stockholm. Due to its international status, it is an attractive employer that simultaneously develops its personnel. The work is part-time, which means that you as an applicant need to have another main occupation of at least 50%, for example, studies or other work. The workplace is located in Jordbro, and the working hours are weekdays with varying schedules. We are primarily looking for personnel for the shifts at 06:00–14:10 and 14:00–22:30. We therefore see that you are flexible regarding these working hours and can work at least 3 days a week.
Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include picking and packing. Forklift driving and other warehouse-related tasks may also occur. In an intensive work environment, together with 50 colleagues per shift, you contribute to ensuring that goods reach customers in the best possible condition.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have experience in warehouse work or are interested in developing within the industry. To thrive in the role, you are flexible, enjoy physical work, and master Swedish in speech. Requirements for the position:
- Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B4
- Documented experience in driving counterbalance forklifts
As a person, you are a team player who constantly wants to develop. You see solutions rather than problems and are happy to do the little extra for both your own and the team's success. We are looking for you who have another main occupation, for example, studies or another job. Since the workplace today is dominated by men, we welcome female applicants to strengthen diversity in the team.
Application
In this position, you will be employed by Clockwork and work on behalf of our client. Working as a consultant at Clockwork gives you a broad network, good career opportunities, and really good chances to influence both the work situation and personal development. As an employee with us, you get an attractive employment with a market-based salary, overtime compensation, vacation, health club allowance, pension, and insurance according to collective agreements. To fit into the role as a consultant, we see that joy, engagement, and business-like behavior reflect your personality. How does the application process work? We apply continuous selection, so send in your application today! If you have any questions about the position, you are warmly welcome to contact Emma Degerfeldt at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])
