Team Leader for Warehouse in Märsta

Simplex is looking for a driven and responsible Team Leader for a customer's warehouse operations in Märsta. We are looking for you who thrive in a leadership role, enjoy working operationally close to the business, and want to contribute to an efficient, structured, and well-functioning team.

The position is full-time and suits you who want to take the next step within warehousing and logistics, where you will have significant responsibility and a varied daily routine.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you have a central function in daily operations and ensure that work at the warehouse runs according to plan. You work together with the team in the operational work and are responsible for ensuring that quality, routines, and goals are met.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and distribute daily work in the warehouse
• Lead, support, and motivate employees in daily work
• Ensure that routines, processes, and safety regulations are followed
• Actively work to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Follow up on and handle any deviations in operations
• Contribute to a safe, orderly, and pleasant working environment

Experience from warehouse operations within building materials or similar areas is advantageous.
