About the Role

As a hotel cleaner, you play a key role in the guest experience. You work according to a schedule, daytime on weekdays and alternate weekends. The position is full-time (100%).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparation of hotel rooms: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, restocking supplies
• Cleaning of public areas: lobby, corridors, and stairwells
• Maintaining order and restocking the cleaning closet, as well as simple inventory checks
• Reporting defects/deviations and collaborating with reception/maintenance
• Friendly and professional interaction during basic guest contact

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel cleaning.
• Attention to detail, speed, and quality focus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluent in Swedish or English.
• Good physical condition (the work involves lifting, bending, and standing).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from similar hotel environments.
• Familiarity with checklists, quality routines, and self-control.
