We are looking for an engaged technician for one of our production facilities in the Stockholm area.

About the role
As a technician, you will become part of our maintenance team, responsible for keeping production equipment in top condition. The team consists of a maintenance manager and several technicians who work together on preventive and corrective maintenance.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing machines and production equipment.
• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance measures.
• Participating in improvement work to optimize operations and efficiency.
• Knowledge sharing with colleagues and production staff to increase understanding of the equipment.

The role involves shift work in three shifts (day, evening, night) as well as some weekend shifts.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and thrives in an environment where problem-solving and independent work are a natural part of daily life. To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have experience working with maintenance, mechanics, electrical systems, or automation.
• Are structured and stress-resistant, with the ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Are safety-conscious and work according to current regulations and standards.
• Have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Enjoy both independent work and teamwork.
• Are computer literate and interested in working with digital systems.
• Have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Advantageous qualifications

• Experience working with production equipment in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and technical documentation.
• Technical education in mechanics, electrical, automation, or equivalent experience.
• AL permit (high-voltage electrical work permit).
