About the role

You are responsible for leading, planning, and scheduling the work – and you are also personally involved in the daily cleaning alongside your colleagues. The split is approximately 40% practical work and 60% leadership and administration.

This is a role for you who enjoy combining structure and planning with active participation – and who want to help develop our working methods at Grön Städning.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, schedule, and follow up on colleagues' work to ensure an efficient and smooth operation.
• Customer contact.
• Actively participate in daily cleaning to ensure high quality and good service for our customers.
• Plan and lead training for new employees.
• Be responsible for the company cars.
• Order cleaning materials and other supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Maintain contact with external suppliers, for example for window cleaning.
• The role includes responsibility for cleaning for many customers, which requires you to have a good overall perspective and the ability to plan and organize work efficiently.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least one year of experience in professional residential cleaning.
• Experience in leadership, including scheduling within residential cleaning or similar areas, is preferred.
• Good experience in handling orders and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of residential cleaning.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience working very independently and being accustomed to taking initiative and being responsible for developing operations and working methods.
• Experience with the booking system Tengella is an advantage.

Long experience in professional residential cleaning is a merit.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the Swedish Criminal Record Register) is required prior to employment.

A driver's license is a requirement!

The position is a permanent employment (starting with a 6-month probationary period). We would prefer that you can start immediately, but no later than August 17.

If you have the possibility to start the position already in May or June, there will be an opportunity for you to take unpaid leave during July.
