About the role

For our client in central Örebro, we are now looking for a consultant who will work with collection and analysis within hardware management, such as computers, phones, and similar equipment. You will analyze customer data and the condition of the hardware to determine whether it should be repaired, replaced, or handled otherwise. The role involves close contact with customers and collaboration with internal teams. This assignment is perfect for you if you are at the beginning of your career!

This is a consultancy assignment through us at Cleverex Bemanning, but you will work at our client's premises.

Responsibilities

• Collection of computers and phones, as well as handling customer data.
• Data analysis to support recommendations regarding hardware replacement.
• Administrative handling and documentation of cases.
• Customer contact via email and/or meetings.
• Contribute to improved processes and decision-making support.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in administration or similar.
• Has experience working with basic IT tools, especially Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Has experience with customer contact and good communication skills.
• Is structured, meticulous, and able to work independently.
