Warehouse Team Leader in Upplands Väsby

Simplex is now looking for an engaged and responsible Team Leader for one of our clients' warehouse operations in Upplands Väsby. We are looking for you who enjoy leading staff, working close to daily operations, and contributing to an efficient and well-functioning workplace.

The position is full-time and suits you who wish to further develop within warehousing and logistics in a role with significant responsibility and varied tasks.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that daily warehouse operations run according to plan. You work operationally together with the team and ensure that the work maintains high quality and that set goals are achieved.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and distribute daily work at the warehouse
• Lead, support, and motivate employees in operational work
• Ensure that routines, processes, and safety regulations are followed
• Work on improvements within quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Handle and follow up on deviations in operations
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and positive work environment

Previous experience from warehouse operations within building materials or related industries is advantageous.

• Scope: Full-time
• Working hours: 14:00–23:00
• Location: Upplands Väsby
• Start: According to agreement
