MOVS is the modern one-stop shop for e-bikes and bicycles – offering sales, salary bikes, subscriptions, and service all under one roof.

We work daily with modern e-bikes from various brands and are now looking for an experienced and engaged bicycle mechanic with strong technical expertise in bicycles, e-bikes, and electrical systems for our workshops in Stockholm.

We are looking for you who have a genuine technical interest in e-bikes, electronics, batteries, and troubleshooting – and who enjoy combining practical workshop work with modern technology and excellent service.

Your main tasks will be to service, troubleshoot, repair, and prepare bicycles for our customers. The role involves both mechanical work and troubleshooting of electrical systems, motors, and batteries on modern e-bikes.

You will work closely with our mechanics, customer service, and retail team at our workshops in Bromma and Lindhagen.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair of bicycles with a strong focus on e-bikes
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics of motors, electrical systems, and batteries
• Handling e-bike systems from various manufacturers
• Assembly, adjustment, and delivery preparation of bicycles
• Management of service orders, spare parts, and workshop administration
• Working in workshop systems for service, invoicing, and spare parts management
• Handling warranty claims, complaints, and after-sales service
• Contact with suppliers regarding spare parts and technical questions
• Collaboration with customer service and the store regarding service cases

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing and repairing bicycles and e-bikes
• Good technical understanding and experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with diagnostic tools and e-bike systems such as Bosch, Shimano, Bafang, Brose, or similar
• Experience with battery systems, electrical safety, and working with modern e-bikes
• Proficiency in using computer-based systems for service orders, invoicing, and spare parts management
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Upper secondary education in technology, electrical engineering, or vehicles is a plus
