We are now looking for a Production Manager with a focus on operations and continuous improvements

We are now looking for an engaged and clear Production Manager with process responsibility for the area "Prevent and handle deviations" – a key role for you who are driven by creating structure, developing people and working methods, and contributing to stable and well-functioning operations in a dynamic daily life.

About the role

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for daily operations within our main flow and main picking, where you lead and coach employees within dispatching to ensure efficient working methods, high quality, and a stable flow. The role combines operational leadership with process responsibility to identify, investigate, and follow up on deviations in the business. With a focus on root cause analysis, improvement work, and sustainable solutions, you drive development forward in close collaboration with the business and contribute to safe, efficient, and well-functioning operations.

Your main areas of responsibility

• be present in the daily work and ensure that the business is conducted according to current routines, laws, and agreements
• lead and develop the process for preventive and handling of deviations in close connection to daily operations.
• follow up and analyze KPIs, trends, and deviation data to identify areas for improvement and prevent recurring problems.
• act as a front figure in operations by actively meeting and collaborating with employees to ensure a well-functioning workflow
• identify and act on environmental deviations and ensure that they are handled according to established routines
• ensure that the division of labor is adapted to the needs of the business and access to resources, handle and solve daily operational challenges, and make decisions in real-time to ensure continuous operational security
• act as a key person in the improvement work and identify opportunities to streamline and develop processes

You are an experienced decision-maker and drive your work independently and efficiently. You are a skilled communicator and create good relationships both internally and externally. You are open and direct while having the ability to adapt your leadership to the situation to succeed.

To succeed in the role of Production Manager, you have:

• Experience from a supervisory position in current or previous roles, or other relevant experience e.g., of leading and implementing larger projects
• Ability to create a sense of team and contribute to a good collaboration climate
• A positive and professional attitude towards change work and problem solving
• Good communication skills in speech and writing both internally and externally
• Knowledge of how the flow works in a warehouse operation
• The ability to work with planning and follow-up
• The ability to lead and inspire other people
