We are currently seeking an engaged and competent automotive painter for our damage center in Malmö. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow in your role alongside an ambitious team where your development is seen as a shared success.

Automera is an authorized service and body shop for Mercedes-Benz, located in Malmö. We offer comprehensive solutions within service, bodywork, and painting. Our operations are characterized by quality, professional expertise, and a professional approach. We are proud to be a KBV-approved workshop (Controlled Car Workshop) and always work according to current industry regulations.

Job Responsibilities
As an automotive painter here, you are responsible for carrying out painting work with the highest precision. You drive your tasks independently and systematically, while working closely with damage technicians, damage advisors, and other colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow and a top-class final result.
The responsibilities include:
- Preparation work such as sanding, filling, masking, and priming
- Color mixing and color matching
- Painting of details and entire vehicles
- Post-painting work such as polishing and finishing
- Quality control according to internal procedures
- Documentation of completed work
- Collaboration with the team
We are looking for someone who:
- Has education in automotive painting or equivalent work experience
- Has experience working in a brand-specific workshop
- Has a good understanding of quality-assured work processes
- Is meticulous, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Has a B-driver's license (manual transmission)

About the Position
