About the job

As a Lab Assistant, you are a valuable team member, playing an important role in ensuring that laboratory work is carried out smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of laboratory equipment
• Sample handling
• Data collection
• Analysis and reporting
• Safety and adherence to protocols
• Maintenance of equipment
• Preparation of laboratory procedures
• Inventory management

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you with a high school education, preferably with a focus on natural sciences. Experience in laboratory work and knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) are meritorious. The role requires attention to detail, structure, and flexibility. The work is performed in close collaboration with colleagues, which requires good teamwork skills and a willingness to contribute where needed. A humble and responsible attitude is important, as is the ability to handle periods of higher work tempo.

Good communication skills are a prerequisite, both within your own work group and in contact with other functions. A positive attitude and the ability to work systematically with changes in daily work are highly valued. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities, and very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
