About the role We are currently looking for you who are studying or have another main occupation of at least 51%.

As a food operator, you will work in production on a production line.

Responsibilities The tasks are varied and include among other things:

• Processing, preparation, slicing, and packaging of food
• Weighing of raw materials in and out
• Monitoring and handling of machinery
• Performing quality and hygiene checks
• Working according to established routines, goals, and safety regulations

The work takes place in a cold and noisy environment and places high demands on hygiene, precision, and safety. You will receive on-site introduction and training – previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement.

The position is an hourly employment and begins with approximately one week of full-time introduction, to give you the best possible conditions to get started. Thereafter, scheduling is based on the business's needs. Working hours vary and work can be scheduled during day and/or evening shifts, Sunday–Friday.

Who are you? We are looking for you who:

• Have another main occupation of at least 51% (e.g., studies or other work)
• Are precise, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoy physical work at a high pace, even when tasks are repetitive
• Are flexible, resilient, and able to step in with short notice
• Are a team player without ego and with good work ethic
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Previous experience from industry, production, or warehouse
• Experience from fast-food chains or similar, where you have gained routine in working quickly, precisely, and with a focus on the customer experience.
• Forklift license A and B
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel
