Welcome to a workplace in a rural area where we focus on the individual. As an employee, you will be an important part of teamwork together with colleagues across the entire operation. Together, we create security and opportunities for personal development.
We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with good knowledge of Swedish (at least C1 level) and experience of working within healthcare. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Finnish and English, and if you have specialist training as a district nurse or in emergency care. Experience from emergency care or a health centre is also considered an advantage.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible and service-oriented. You have the ability to see the big picture and consider the broader perspective, and you work in a structured and independent manner. Furthermore, you value differences and collaborate well with others.
What you will work with
As a nurse at our rural health centre, you will work with a holistic view of the individual patient. Your tasks include emergency reception, booked patient visits, availability via phone and digital platforms. You will also work regularly at our branch clinics, meeting patients in their local environment. If you have specialist training as a district nurse, BVC (child health centre) reception is also included in your duties.
Our focus within Primary Care is preventive health for all individuals regardless of age. To ensure good and safe care for the individual in rural areas, the health centre collaborates with other units in society, and we continue to work on "Close Care" (Nära Vård).
What we offer you
- Competence development with regular training sessions from experienced and engaged colleagues.
- Development and career opportunities where you get to help shape the future of health and care.
- Health-promoting workplaces with access to fitness activities and fitness allowances.

Information about the position
We offer you a permanent full-time position, daytime hours Monday to Friday. The position includes a scheduled weekend placement on the AMV department (General Medical Wards) at the health centre, two days per week.
Start date according to agreement.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
We strive to have employees with knowledge of Sweden's national minority languages and therefore value your knowledge of Sami, Meänkieli, Finnish, Romani Chib, and Yiddish. We work actively for an equal gender distribution and see diversity as a strength. We welcome employees with different backgrounds and work to ensure our workplace is accessible to everyone.
