We are now looking for a cook who wants to become part of our team and help us deliver the authentic Texas experience to our guests.

We are a franchise restaurant that has been operating in Sweden since 1994. Our food originates from Texas, USA – and the charcoal grill is at the center of it all. Here, it is about genuine flavors, quality, and Southern Hospitality, both on the plate and within the team.

The position is part-time, with the possibility of working more hours during the summer months.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of à la carte dishes
• Working evenings and weekends
• Working with the charcoal grill
• Standard kitchen duties
• Collaboration to ensure an efficient and well-functioning kitchen

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a cook in an à la carte kitchen
• Is detail-oriented, stress-resistant, and a quick learner
• Thrives working both independently and in a team
• Has a good understanding of service, quality, and pace
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken), or alternatively English
• Has experience with or an interest in charcoal grilling (advantageous)
