We are now looking for an operations technician for a technically advanced facility south of Stockholm with a leading energy and heating company. About the role

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with our client, is looking for an operations technician in heating. The assignment is part of our staffing service. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for 6 months. The intention is that you will then be employed directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities

As an operations technician, you are responsible, together with the team, for ensuring safe and efficient operation of the facility. The role involves both work from the control room and practical work out in the operations. You actively work with monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of the processes and are expected to take responsibility in the daily work.

Examples of tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of boilers and ancillary equipment
• Troubleshooting and process optimization
• Operator maintenance and supervision of the facility
• Crane operation and fuel handling
• Shutdown and restart of the facility during maintenance

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from the process industry, energy sector, or other technically complex operations
• Have good process understanding and experience in operations
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Have a B driver's license

We consider it highly meritorious if you have prior experience from combined heat and power (CHP) or energy production. If you have ESA, Hot Work, or crane certificates, we see it as a plus.
