About the role
As a salesperson, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our customers who want to streamline and modernize their telephony, exchange solutions, and communications.

You are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing and follow-up – with support from established working methods, CRM systems, and experienced colleagues.

Your main responsibilities:

• Identify and process new customers
• Analyze customer needs regarding telephony, exchange, and communication solutions
• Develop and present solutions that create clear business value

• Are goal-oriented and accustomed to working structured with your sales process
• Feel comfortable in dialogues via phone, digital meetings, and personal customer meetings
• Appreciate consultative selling and building trust-based relationships
• Express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious:

• Experience within telecom, IT, or subscription-based services
• Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales work
