ReGarden is now looking for gardeners for our operations in Norrort. This is a practical and physically demanding job where daily attendance, teamwork, and responsibility are crucial.

Job Description

As a gardener at ReGarden, you will work in teams of 2–3 people on assignments for private customers. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Hedge trimming and weed control
• Tree pruning
• General garden maintenance and clearing
• Customer contact and work according to established routines

The work involves moving between different job sites during the week and requires both commitment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a team.

Important Information About the Job

The job involves 8 hours of physical work every weekday and therefore requires that you:

• Have stable attendance and function well in a structured daily routine with fixed hours
• Take responsibility for both your work and the team's delivery
• Care about the quality of the execution and want to deliver a good final result for the customer

Requirements

We are looking for you who:

• Have good physical fitness and can handle full-time work with practical tasks
• Are service-oriented and professional in customer contact
• Are punctual, reliable, and function well in a team
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• Education or experience in gardening
• Experience or training in tree pruning, especially fruit trees
• Chainsaw license A or AB
• Driver's license – B96 or BE
