Our Food Service is now looking for a chef for our production kitchen, Vita Sand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a chef in the Food Service, you will prepare meals for schools, preschools, and elderly care. The role involves safely preparing and handling special diets as well as cooking in various consistencies.

Furthermore, the role includes traditional kitchen tasks such as dishwashing, cleaning, and self-control checks. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a high school diploma from the Hotel and Restaurant program or other equivalent education. You may also have corresponding experience from working in restaurants or large-scale kitchens. You should have knowledge of food hygiene, self-control, and special diets.

It is important that you are a proficient computer user as our orders are placed digitally. We want you to have knowledge and experience of working with food in elderly care, as well as skills in the dietary data program Matilda.

As a person, you are responsible, service-oriented, and flexible. You have good teamwork skills and good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
