We are now looking for a Supervisor for our branch in Kristianstad who wants to take an active role in daily operations and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning business.

About the role

As a Supervisor here, you work closely with your direct manager and play a central role in planning, leading, and following up on daily work. You are an important part of the team and participate directly in the operational work at the facility. In this role, you combine supervision with practical work, handling material flows and operating machinery such as wheel loaders, forklifts, or material handlers. You are present in everyday operations, support the team, and ensure that work proceeds smoothly.

Your responsibilities include supporting and prioritizing tasks within the group, contributing to improvement work related to quality, working environment, and safety, and ensuring a high level of order and safety at the facility. The role also involves developing working methods and routines, onboarding new employees, reporting operational deviations, and handling some administrative tasks related to operations.

The position is based in Kristianstad with working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision
• Category B driver's license
• High school education
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of the Office suite
• Wheel loader operator certificate
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience in material handling and/or the recycling industry, as well as a material handler operator certificate, is considered a merit.
