About the Apprenticeship

As an apprentice at Thule's Tool Department, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a modern and technically advanced industrial environment. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will work closely with daily production and gradually build practical competence in CNC-controlled machines, toolmaking, EDM (electrical discharge machining), as well as CAD/CAM preparation. The apprenticeship period will give you a holistic understanding of how tools are developed – from design and preparation to the finished product.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are studying the Industrial Technology program and have a genuine interest in technology and industrial processes. You are curious, engaged, and eager to develop by learning new tasks. It is natural for you to take responsibility, follow instructions, and collaborate with others, while enjoying both practical and more theoretical work.
