About the Role

This is a direct hire position with a permanent employment contract at our client's company in Sunne. The role offers day shifts, flexible working hours, and highly favorable conditions. The core philosophy is "freedom with responsibility." Strong experience is rewarded with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for programming, setting up (rigging), and operating a controlled lathe equipped with additional axes for milling and drilling. Both dialog programming and CAM preparation are included in the role.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have experience with piece production in CNC lathes with short series, or have worked as a toolmaker or in a similar role.
• You have several years of professional experience programming lathes with one or more controlled tools (drill or mill).
• You prefer working day shifts and thrive in an environment of "freedom with responsibility".
• You are willing to relocate to Sunne in Värmland.
