Service Technician for E-Tron – Drive the Future of the Automotive Industry

Who We Are

E-Tron is a service and sales company within the electric vehicle industry. We are a team of ten people passionate about what we do, for a better environment, and for a workplace where everyone thrives. Together with vehicle manufacturers in both Europe and China, we develop 100% electric work and transport vehicles for the Nordic market — with a focus on working environment, safety, and sustainability.

The Role

As a service technician with us, you will have access to a service van, your own tools, and a dedicated workspace in the workshop with a vehicle lift. You work very independently — freedom with responsibility, simply put. A typical day might look like this: simpler service at a customer site in the morning, followed by a more extensive repair in the workshop in the afternoon. It is precisely this variety that our technicians often highlight as the best part of the job.

Among other things, you will:

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair smaller electric work vehicles — both at customer sites and in the workshop
• Equip new vehicles with customer-specific superstructures before delivery
• Maintain close customer contact and act as the face of E-Tron
• Document your work continuously

We work with several different manufacturers and models, and you will naturally receive training on all vehicles and brands we carry — both European and Chinese.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as a vehicle mechanic or forklift mechanic, or a vehicle technical education
• Hold a B-driver's license with a manual transmission
• Are comfortable with computers — both troubleshooting and reporting are done digitally
• Speak and write fluent Swedish, as customer contact and documentation are a large part of the job
• Are social and unpretentious, enjoy meeting people, and like being the one who solves problems
• Take responsibility for your own workday and plan it yourself
• Have a positive attitude, are loyal to your colleagues, and see every customer as an asset

Merits

• Experience with sheet metal and bodywork
• Training in welding — TIG, MIG/MAG, and MMA
• Experience with on-site service work, even from other industries

Practical Info

• Start: Immediately
• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:00, Friday 07:00–15:00
• Location: Workshop in Tumba, with assignments throughout Greater Stockholm
• Employment type: Full-time permanent, six-month probation period
