We are now looking for reinforcements for our ventilation team in Region East, covering Örebro and Karlstad.
As a District Sales Representative at Lindab, you are responsible for proactive sales and business development in your district. You process and develop customer relationships with both existing and new customers, primarily within the specifying trade and ventilation companies in the construction and property industry.
Here you will work with high-quality solutions in an industry-leading company with a strong brand, high competence, and a well-developed offering.
You have significant responsibility for planning, executing, and following up on your processing of the district. The goal is to efficiently develop both old and new business relationships and create long-term value for customers.
At your disposal are Lindab’s established pro shops with warehouses and well-developed logistics, as well as central support functions that help you be efficient and ensure high availability for customers.
In the region, you share a common interest in driving sales forward, but with different areas of responsibility. Your focus is to represent Lindab in the field with both existing and new customers – in short, with everyone who plans, specifies, or installs ventilation solutions.
Customers vary in size and have different needs, conditions, and challenges. Therefore, it is important that you are skilled at creating a thorough understanding of the customer's organization, operations, and needs. You build and maintain business relationships at multiple levels and work long-term to become an obvious collaboration partner.
You will be part of the Sales Region East team and plan your travels and customer meetings independently. You have your sales manager as a coach and support, while collaborating with colleagues around Sweden.
Your profile
- You have strong communication skills and are structured, engaged, and goal-oriented.
- You have good social skills and feel comfortable both in an office environment and on-site.
- You are proactive and used to working independently but also appreciate being part of and developing in a team.
- You are driven, reliable, and responsible, and find motivation in challenges.
- You are confident in proactive sales and have a strong interest in driving your business.
- You want to be a proud representative of Lindab and our high-quality solutions.
- Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior.
- Handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for this position, as a large part of your time will be spent communicating with our customers. We also appreciate if you have good knowledge of English, and a valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
