Konfam AB is looking for a secure, experienced, and engaged person who wants to lead our young people in practical tasks such as simple carpentry, painting, and renovation jobs.

We prefer that you are around 65 years of age or retired, with plenty of life experience, patience, and a genuine interest in people. At our company, personality, security, and engagement are more important than formal titles.

About the role:

You will:

• Lead young people in practical projects
• Participate in simple carpentry and painting tasks
• Act as an adult role model and create structure and motivation
• Help young people develop responsibility, self-esteem, and work habits

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in practical work or craftsmanship
• Is calm, secure, and relationship-building
• Enjoys working with young people
• Has patience and good teamwork skills
• Has experience from leadership or mentor roles (preferred)
