We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Vasastan, Stockholm.

About Us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare services to families with children within the neurodevelopmental disorder spectrum.

NPF stands for Neurodevelopmental Functional Impairment. The most common impairments include ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome, and speech disorders. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible. Therefore, you will undergo internal training regarding NPF before starting your first assignment. Working with NPF Barnvakten offers a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The Assignment:

• Number of children and age: 1 child, 7 years old
• Days and times: Weekdays approx. 13:00–16:00, sometimes evenings and weekends.
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.
• Location: Vasastan, Stockholm.

We are looking for you who:

• Have some form of experience with children, preferably children with NPF (ADHD, Autism, IF, or similar).
• Have experience with low-affective interaction and clear pedagogical methods.
• Are responsible and have a genuine interest in children.
• Want a developing and rewarding part-time job.
• Are pedagogical, secure, and calm.

Meritorious if you have experience with visual supports/TAKK.

• Pick-up from preschool/school
• Planning activities at and outside the home
• Acting as support during excursions
• Preparing simple meals
• Bath time/bedtime routines
• Activation, socialization, and respite
