We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Årstadal.

About Us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare for families with children who have Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF).

NPF stands for Neurodevelopmental Disorders, and the most common conditions we work with include: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's Syndrome, and Speech Disorders. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible. Therefore, you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. The Assignment:

• Number of children and age: 1 child, 5 years old.
• Days and times: 10 hours per month, varying between pickups and weekends.
• Desired start date: Immediately.
• Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.
• Location: Årstadal.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some form of experience with children, preferably children with NPF (preference for IF - International Preschool Teacher or similar qualifications).
• Has experience with low-affective handling and clear pedagogical methods.
• Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children.
• Wants a developing and rewarding side job.
• Is pedagogical, secure, and calm.
• Experience with visual aids/TAKK (Total Communication) is a plus.

Tasks:

The tasks may vary depending on the family's needs. Typical tasks may include:

• Picking up from preschool/school.
• Organizing activities at and outside the home.
• Acting as support during excursions.
• Cooking simple meals.
• Bedtime routines.
• Activation, socialization, and respite care.
