Aleo is currently looking for home cleaners to join our team. With us, you will have an independent and meaningful role where quality, responsibility, and professional service are at the heart of everything we do.

As a home cleaner, you will perform regular cleaning in private homes, helping create a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for our customers. You will work according to a planned schedule with recurring clients and receive support from supervisors and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

• Home cleaning – vacuuming, dusting, floor care, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms

• Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning – performing more extensive cleaning assignments when needed

• Customer service – creating a safe and positive experience through a professional and friendly approach in customers’ homes

• Mobile-based planning – following your schedule, receiving work information, and digitally documenting completed tasks

Who are you?

• Have experience in cleaning, preferably home cleaning, facility cleaning, or other service work

• Are service-minded, professional, respectful, and focused on creating a positive customer experience

• Are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work

• Can work independently and take responsibility for your assignments

• Are flexible and solution-oriented, able to adapt to different homes and customer needs

• Are comfortable using mobile phones and apps at work

• Have basic knowledge of Swedish and/or English

Employment Details

• Working days: Monday–Friday (daytime)

• Employment rate: Full-time or part-time according to agreement

• Working hours: 08:00–17:00

• Work location: You will start from our office in Täby and work in the northern Stockholm area
