About the Role

As a property caretaker, you are responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of properties. The work is varied and involves both practical tasks and contact with tenants and partners.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing supervision and maintenance of properties
• Simple repairs and fault rectification
• Interior and exterior maintenance of buildings
• Maintenance of outdoor areas (e.g., mowing grass, weed control, and snow removal as needed)
• Contact with tenants and follow-up on cases
• Collaboration with technical management and contractors

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or similar work is an advantage
• Practical, solution-oriented, and technically interested
• Good sense of service and professional attitude
• Independent and responsible
• Valid Category B driver's license is required
