You are the person sitting at the front, greeting the customer with a smile from the very beginning. You follow the customer and the vehicle from start to finish – from the initial meeting and booking, through work orders and spare parts ordering, to workshop planning, final invoicing, and follow-up. In this role, you work closely with both the customer and the workshop to ensure efficient service processes and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will be a key contact point for our customers. Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving customers and vehicles, documenting damages, creating work orders, and communicating clear work proposals and cost estimates to customers.

• Collaborating closely with workshop technicians, the service manager, and the spare parts department to ensure the correct parts and an efficient workflow.

• Handling customer inquiries professionally and contributing to improvement work and routines to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Documenting completed work in the workshop system and ensuring correct invoicing.

• Contributing to maintaining the workshop's routines for working environment, quality, and safety.

Additionally, you answer phone calls and emails, maintain contact with the customer during the workshop visit, and provide updates and information regarding necessary repairs. As needed, you act as customer support and offer guidance on technical questions.

Who are you?

We believe that you, the applicant, have or are:

• Experienced as a car service advisor or similar role in an auto workshop (highly meritorious). Automotive technical or mechanical experience/background is a plus.

• Service-oriented and confident in customer interactions, with a professional and calm approach.

• Administratively experienced, computer literate, and familiar with workshop systems or similar business systems (meritorious).

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written; English skills are meritorious.

• A valid driver's license (Category B) is meritorious depending on the scope of duties.

What is crucial for this role is your drive, attitude, and motivation. In this recruitment process, great emphasis is placed on your personality.

In this role, you must enjoy working with positive engagement and energy directed towards the customer, even during periods of high tempo. This requires a high level of service awareness, good communication skills, and strong presence.

You are proactive, structured, positive, and flexible in handling various tasks. You have good teamwork skills and contribute to a positive atmosphere, as we are a team that works closely together.
