Duroc Machine Tools' business idea is to help manufacturing companies in the Nordic region with CNC machines from DN Solution, tools and accessories, production optimization and financing, service, support, and training. In short, we provide our customers with everything needed to create a competitive production environment and increased profitability. Duroc Machine Tool AB is a healthy and stable company with a turnover of around 195 MSEK and approximately 30 employees. The company has no own manufacturing but operates as a pure trading company targeting Swedish customers.

Duroc Machine Tool is in an expansion phase and is now looking for two driven and engaged service technicians with the capacity and willingness to develop further with the company to the next level. Tasks and Responsibilities:

As a service technician with us, you will spend most of your working time on-site at our customers' premises. The tasks mainly consist of installing, performing preventive maintenance, and providing emergency service on customers' CNC machines from DN Solution. You are the company's face to the outside world and take significant responsibility for nurturing existing customers, ensuring we are available as technical support, and that our products function efficiently in the customers' operations. You will work from home and be part of our service team. Your colleagues are distributed across the country to assist our customers on-site. It is preferable that you live in Stockholm, Mälardalen, Östergötland, or further north in the country. Travel and overnight stays related to the job are common.

Your main tasks:

• Installation of DN Solution CNC machines and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshooting and technical support on-site at our customers.
• Ensuring the condition of machines and performing preventive maintenance on DN Solution CNC machines at the customer site.
• Reporting customer needs to the sales department.
• Documentation and reporting of completed work.

Your Profile:

To succeed in the role of service technician with us, you need to thrive in an organization with a clear business focus, high tempo, and a flat structure where quick decisions and close collaboration are part of everyday life. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner. You function well in a team and are good at collaborating with both colleagues and customers. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and values.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills (primarily the Office package).
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Mechanics, Hydraulics, Electrical, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CNC control systems: Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Orderly and structured.
• Category B driver's license and the ability to travel and stay overnight for work.
