Who are you?

We are looking for you who are at least 20 years old, feel a great responsibility for your tasks, and have a high work ethic. You are positive, service-oriented, and act as a good representative for Delivery.

What will your role be?

We are looking for Runners for our IKEA production. As a Runner, you work in a team of two. Your colleague drives the vehicle, while you contact the customers and prepare them for the delivery. Therefore, it is important that you speak and understand Swedish fluently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contacting customers and preparing them for delivery.
• Helping the customer carry the goods to the designated place (you are always two people helping each other).
• Keeping track of time according to agreements with customers.
• Loading the vehicle according to the route planned by traffic control.
• Unloading the vehicle upon return to the terminal.
• Disposing of packaging waste after delivery.
• Gathering pallets and steel racks and placing them in the designated area.
• Scanning all goods according to established requirements.

We work digitally with handheld computers, so a technical interest and understanding of this is important.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organized, structured, and has full control over what needs to be done.
• Detail-oriented with good motor skills.
• Accustomed to physical activity.
• Flexible regarding working hours.
• A team player who enjoys working in pairs.
• Efficient with "fast feet" and good at keeping to schedules.
• Careful and responsible regarding other people's property.

You do not leave until you are finished. You understand that your great engagement is crucial for succeeding in your new role.

Having a forklift license is a plus.
