At Aleo, we are now looking for house cleaners to join our team. Here, you will find independent and meaningful work where quality, responsibility, and good customer service are at the center.

As a house cleaner, you will perform regular cleaning in private homes, creating a clean, safe, and pleasant home environment for our customers. You will work according to a planned schedule with recurring customers, supported by management and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

• House cleaning – vacuuming, dusting, floor care, as well as cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms.
• Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning – perform more extensive cleaning tasks when needed.
• Customer contact & service – create security through professional and friendly interaction in the customer's home.
• Planning via mobile phone – follow the schedule, receive work information, and digitally document completed tasks.

Who are you?

• Experience in cleaning – preferably house cleaning, facility maintenance, or other service work.
• Service orientation – you are professional, respectful, and care that customers feel safe.
• Attention to detail & quality mindset – you have an eye for detail and are proud of a job well done.
• Independence – you plan your work and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Flexibility & problem-solving skills – you can adapt to different homes and customer needs.
• Digital proficiency – you are comfortable using mobile phones and apps at work.
• Basic knowledge – in Swedish and/or English.

Employment and Working Hours

Employment: Monday to Friday, daytime
Employment level: as agreed, full-time and part-time available
Working hours: 08:00–17:00
Workplace: based out of our office in Täby, working in the Norrort area
