Installationsgruppen i Stockholm AB was founded in 2002 and is still run by its founders. At Installationsgruppen, we exclusively work with sales, design, project management, and installation of telecommunications, data, fiber, alarms, CCTV, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. Installationsgruppen manages projects and installs physical infrastructure. The installations vary in scope from full general contracts to smaller service jobs. Installationsgruppen has extensive experience with complex projects with a strong customer focus. The business is growing, and we need to hire more employees in Sollentuna.

Are you hands-on and technically interested?

As a future installation technician at Installationsgruppen, you will primarily work with simpler tasks such as cable pulling initially, and later you will learn to install telecom, data, fiber, alarms, CCTV, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. You will do a fair amount of physical work, so it is advantageous if you have good physical fitness, enjoy varied tasks, and like going out to help various customers together with a more experienced colleague. The job involves pulling cables, performing installations, labeling, and documenting at our customers, who are mainly located in the Mälaren Valley and Greater Stockholm area.

Sometimes we also have assignments in other parts of Sweden, and it also happens that we have jobs abroad. So, it is a varied job with quite a few larger and smaller projects, so it is important that you enjoy changing environments from time to time.

You need to have a genuine technical interest in problem-solving, not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" with practical work, and, most importantly, have HIGH WORK ETHIC, which is part of our corporate culture. If you have a technical education and/or are generally good with construction, or are a handy person who knows a bit about electricity, it is of course an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are productive, result-oriented, and have the interest and ambition to learn to become skilled. Perhaps you have tried jobs in the construction industry as a carpenter or installer, or perhaps you have experience from the IT world. Regardless of your background, your ambition is to deliver good craftsmanship, develop, and become good at what you do.

If you live further away, we can possibly arrange a private room in an apartment with shared common areas for a few people in Stockholm.
