We are currently looking for several individuals for short-term and long-term temporary positions, with the possibility of permanent employment.

As we are in need of several temporary staff for our various paper machines, employment can start between April and September. You will work as part of a team of four to seven people, and your working hours will follow a 6-shift pattern. Initially, a six-month temporary contract will be offered. We hope that you, as an applicant, have ambitions for a long-term position, as there are good prospects for extending the temporary contract or transitioning into a permanent role after the temporary period. Many of our current operators started as temporary staff.

What do we do on the paper machine?

On the paper machine, our responsibility is to process and adapt the produced paper according to customers' specific orders. We ensure that production is efficient, safe, and of high quality, always with careful attention to both the working environment and environmental considerations.

You will also be working with:

• Reeling paper into smaller rolls to meet customers' specific needs.
• Labeling and transporting finished rolls to the packing station.
• Handling and following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing upper secondary education with passing grades.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• It is an advantage if you have forklift and/or overhead crane certificates, as well as previous experience in the process industry.

It is essential for you to have a safety mindset in all aspects of your work, and you feel confident following both routines and guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
