We are looking for a Working Foreman in Gardening & Landscaping

We are now looking for a working foreman who wants to help create well-maintained, sustainable, and inspiring outdoor environments together with an engaged team. The workplace is in Norrort, starts as soon as possible, and is full-time.

Your Responsibilities

As a working foreman for landscaping projects (gardening, public spaces), you have a broad area of responsibility. You are a key person for the daily work out in the field. Your main tasks involve planning and leading the operations. A working foreman should have good pruning skills and good plant knowledge, as well as the practical skills required to ensure that all work tasks are carried out correctly in terms of safety and technique. This also includes solid knowledge of winter road maintenance.

About the Role

As a working foreman, you are responsible for driving and coordinating the work on-site while participating in the daily work yourself. You ensure that projects maintain high quality, the right pace, and that the team has the right conditions to succeed.

Requirements and Merits

• At least a diploma from a gardening education/nature management program at the upper secondary level. Alternatively, other equivalent education, such as a TCYK vocational certificate with relevant practical experience.
• At least 3 years of operational experience as a working foreman, or equivalent.
• Experience and education in gardening or nature management at the upper secondary level.
• Confident in a leadership role and enjoy motivating others.
• Enjoy combining administration and practical work.
• Solution-oriented, structured, and responsible.
• Good social skills and a professional attitude.
• Hold a Category B driver's license (Category BE is a merit).

You should have good knowledge of garden maintenance and groundworks and be accustomed to leading and distributing tasks. A manual Category B driver's license is required; other license classes and any driver's permits are meritorious. The job also requires business-like administrative ability, computer literacy, and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. As a foreman, you need to be open and direct in your communication, good at informing and inspiring your employees, and skilled at prioritizing and collaborating.

In terms of personality, we see that you have good social competence, are positive, responsible, independent, and skilled at planning and organizing. Furthermore, you should be structured and find it easy to collaborate with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and your own staff. A strong sense of team spirit and cohesion is a natural and important part of our company.

Since our customers are located in Norrort, Stockholm, and Roslagen, it is an advantage if you reside in Norrort or Roslagen.

The position is a permanent full-time employment.
