We are now looking for a nurse for ASIH in Västerort

ASIH Familjeläkarna in Västerort is currently seeking a nurse for the coordinator position. The coordinator role involves administrative tasks such as having overall responsibility for the daily planning of work, maintaining contact with other healthcare providers, planning admissions and discharges, and answering the team's phone. The coordinator also participates in the handling of referrals.

Job Description

As a nurse in Advanced Home Healthcare (ASIH), you will have a varied and independent job with standard nursing duties in the patient's home. You will help ensure that the patient and their relatives become involved in the care and feel safe at home during a period of serious illness. The care should address physical, psychological, social, and existential needs. We document in the medical record system Take Care and plan care using the tool Alfa Welfare.

Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
Scope: Full-time. 40 hours/week.
Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month probation period.

You should have good collaboration skills and a genuine interest in home care. You are flexible, positive, and willing to contribute to a warm and professional work climate.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse, preferably with a few years of experience in the profession.
• Previous experience working within ASIH.
• Good ability to work independently and make own decisions.
• Valid B-driver's license.

It is meritorious to have experience in home healthcare or advanced home care.

Adequate specialist education is meritorious, e.g., in oncological care, palliative care, or as a district nurse.
