🌟 As a vocational teacher at Kunskapscompaniet, you are responsible for the entire teaching within the program together with your colleagues. You plan, prepare, and conduct lessons in accordance with the instructions and current regulations found in the Swedish National Agency for Education's course plans, as well as our internal guidelines and policies.

🌟 The teaching includes both theoretical and practical components, and you should be competent in both areas.

🌟 The position also involves sourcing, planning, and following up on workplace-based learning (APL) placements, where we would appreciate your contribution through your professional network within the industry.

✔ Have experience in machine operator training for upper secondary school or adult education.

✔ Have at least five (5) years of documented professional experience in the relevant vocational field.

✔ Hold a vocational teacher degree or have started a vocational teacher education (meritorious).

✔ A natural leader who is outgoing and values diversity.

✔ Friendly and empathetic, with an ease in building good relationships with students and colleagues.

• Employment type: Permanent. Probation period applies.

• Full-time: 100%.
