About the job: We are looking for a skilled and independent cleaning supervisor who wants to work nights. The work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends during the night. The position is a permanent full-time role (100%), with a 6-month probation period.

Who are you?

• Have documented experience in a supervisory role in hotels or facility cleaning
• Independent and good at taking initiative
• Cooperative and reliable
• Have previous experience with hotel cleaning, facility cleaning, and/or night cleaning in Sweden
• Positive, proactive, loyal - and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed!
• Detail-oriented and have a strong eye for detail
• Organized and structured in your work approach
• Have a clear and coaching leadership style with a focus on results
• Are communicative and can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Have a service-minded attitude and a natural sense for the guest experience

Qualifications (Bonus):

• Have experience with spa hotels in Sweden
• Own car and driver's license
• Speak more languages than Swedish and English
