About the role
In the role of Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator at Petzl, you act as the link between their Nordic customers, sales team, warehouse, and the headquarters in France. The focus is on ensuring efficient logistics processes, high service levels, and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
The role combines supply chain with top-class customer service. By handling everything from setting up new customers and order administration to follow-up and process development, you ensure efficient deliveries and satisfied customers.
In the Customer Service role, you work together with the team as the contact person for Petzl's Nordic customers regarding orders, quotes, deliveries, lead times, complaints, as well as invoice and payment issues. You are responsible for the entire order flow from order to delivery to the customer. Another important part of this role is to support the sales team, as well as other departments at Petzl, to ensure high customer service throughout the process.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you work together with the supply team to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce shortage or excess inventory. You are also responsible for inventory reconciliations and follow-up of inventory discrepancies. The role also includes administration related to product lifecycles, such as product launch and phase-out. You produce and share supply chain-related information with internal stakeholders and contribute to keeping systems and tools updated. As part of the team, you also participate in improvement work related to processes, inventory management, and material availability.
We are looking for someone who has
- Good experience in customer service and order management
- Experience working in business systems (SAP + Salesforce)
- Advanced knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience within supply chain, purchasing support, logistics, or similar administrative roles
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in Supply Chain or inventory administration
- Language skills in Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish, both spoken and written
- Post-secondary education in supply chain or logistics is an advantage, but practical experience is valued equally highly.
