Are you technically interested and thrive in a production environment where quality and collaboration are in focus? TopWork is now looking for several operators for a modern industrial operation in Skånes Fagerhult.

We are looking for people who enjoy practical work, have an eye for quality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the position

As an operator, you work with monitoring and handling production, ensuring that processes and machines function efficiently and meet quality requirements.

The tasks may include, among other things:

• Monitoring and handling of machines
• Material handling and inspection
• Quality control
• Simple troubleshooting and adjustments
• Reporting and documentation
• Collaboration with colleagues within production

The positions are scheduled for both permanent day shifts and permanent evening shifts.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience from industry, production, or similar work
• Are technically interested and hands-on
• Have a strong work ethic and take responsibility for your work
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have good knowledge of Swedish

It is an advantage if you have:

• Forklift license (Truckkort)
• Experience with machine monitoring or process industry
• Experience with reading drawings or quality work

Other information

The planned start is after the summer, around week 33. There is an opportunity for training a few weeks before the start at another location together with colleagues.
