We are now looking for an International Fleet Operations Coordinator for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg. Here you will play a central role in a global team, contributing to the development and optimization of processes related to fleet and sales operations.
This is the role for you if you enjoy structure, problem-solving, and working closely with both people and digital solutions.
✨About the RoleAs a Global Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will support global teams and markets in their daily work through advisory services, coordination, and operational support. You will become a key contact point for issues regarding system usage, order management, contracts, and process improvements.
You will work closely with several functions such as operations, finance, digital teams, and project management to ensure efficient and smooth workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up on support cases related to fleet sales
Provide ongoing support and advice regarding systems and processes
Collaborate with digital teams on system improvements and development
Update training materials together with project managers
Ensure that internal processes comply with compliance and SOX requirements
Support the implementation of digital solutions for contract management
Coordinate and administer customer contracts and annual renewals
Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and activities
Participate in projects and the rollout of new digital initiatives
You are an independent and solution-oriented person who thrives on taking responsibility and driving work forward. You have an eye for detail while remaining flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
We also believe you have:
🎓 An academic degree, preferably at the bachelor's level
💬 Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
📊 Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
💻 Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
🌐 Experience working internationally and collaborating across multiple cultures
🔒 High integrity and experience handling confidential information
📈 At least two years of work experience after graduation
🌟It is an advantage if you also have experience in marketing activities or event coordination.
