Part-time Position: Care Assistant/Nurse Aide – Spring/Summer 2026

For over 300 years, the Foundation Borgerskapets Enkehus and Gubbhus has been dedicated to providing excellent care and support for Stockholm's elderly residents. We are centrally located on Södermalm.

Borgerskapet is certified in the education program Living with Dementia, based on Silviahemmet's palliative care philosophy.

Scope: Part-time position up to 100% on a rolling basis, depending on your availability for specific weeks and our needs.

Duration: Primarily during the summer, but we also have needs during spring and autumn.

About the job:

We are looking for you who are versatile and meticulous, a team player with good communication skills, and a genuine interest in working within elderly care.

You can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are attentive and present, and thrive working both independently and in a group.

We are looking for you with a keen eye for detail who values high quality and service for the guests in our care and support housing. The part-time position involves work on the somatic ward as well as the dementia ward.

About the role: We are looking for you who want to work days/every other weekend. The duties include standard nurse aide tasks such as nursing care, documentation, medication distribution, providing good service to the residents, and being a good colleague.

During the summer months, you will cover for permanent staff members. It is important that you inform us of which weeks you are available to work this summer, so you can be placed on the permanent staff member's schedule.

• Having previous experience in elderly care.
• Experience in service industries is also meritorious.
