We are now looking for a structured and communicative Operations Manager / Account Coordinator for a cross-functional and coordinating role in a dynamic and international environment.

In this role, you will have a key function in ensuring stable operations, high quality, and efficient process management within a developer platform used by both individual developers and long-term partners.

With an increased strategic focus on expansion, scalability, and accessibility, your role becomes central in coordinating operational flows, ensuring clear ownership, and handling complex cases that cannot be fully automated.

You will work closely with several teams and functions where collaboration, structure, and decision support are crucial for creating well-functioning and efficient processes.

• Manage and coordinate operational processes in a complex organization

• Drive manual review processes for more complex cases

• Ensure handling of exceptions and special cases

• Coordinate responsibility distribution between teams to avoid gaps and ambiguities

• Handle appeals processes and follow-up on decisions

• Ensure human review in blocking and rejection cases according to legal requirements

• Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to optimize processes

• Contribute to developing scalable and efficient workflows

• Have experience in operational coordination and process management in complex organizations

• Are accustomed to working cross-functionally between several teams and stakeholders

• Have good communication skills and can handle complex and sensitive decisions

• Are structured and thrive in creating clarity in environments with many dependencies

• Have the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others

• Understand automated processes and where human review is necessary
