We are looking for someone who is confident with vehicles, enjoys solving practical problems, and wants a stable job during weekdays and daytime hours.

Here, you will work closely with the operations at Flygets Långtidsparkering in Arlandastad, where our buses and vehicles are used daily for traffic to and from Arlanda Airport. For us, it is important that the vehicles function well, are safe, and can run without unnecessary stops.

This could be the perfect role for you if you have extensive experience with vehicles, buses, trucks, or service work – and perhaps want to work at a slightly calmer pace, with clear tasks and opportunities for adaptation.

About the role

We are looking for a bus technician / vehicle technician who can help us with ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and simpler repairs of our buses and vehicles.

The work involves, among other things:

• performing simple troubleshooting and repairs
• handling ongoing maintenance and servicing
• checking lights, fluids, tires, brakes, and other wear parts
• preparing vehicles for workshop visits or inspections
• keeping track of what needs to be addressed
• contributing to ensuring the buses are safe, clean, and ready for daily operation

You won't need to know everything yourself, but we are looking for someone with practical experience who can take responsibility for keeping the vehicles in good condition.

We are looking for someone who

• has experience with vehicles, preferably buses, trucks, or transport vehicles
• is hands-on and enjoys solving problems
• can work independently and take responsibility
• is meticulous and understands the importance of safety
• thrives in a weekday daytime job
• preferably has a few years of experience behind them

A B-class driver's license is an advantage. Experience from workshops, transport, buses, trucks, machinery, or vehicle service is also an advantage.

Scope and working hours

The position can be 50–100%, depending on what suits the right person.

The work takes place on weekdays, daytime.

Location: Arlandastad, near Arlanda.

Flygets Långtidsparkering operates long-term parking near Arlanda and has daily transfer traffic between the parking lot and the airport. The vehicles are an important part of the business, which is why we are now looking for a person who can help us keep them in good condition.
