As a traveling consultant based in Västerås, you will be employed by Effektiv and work on-site with our clients within a radius of 7.5 miles. You are an important representative and ambassador for us, contributing to delivering high-quality assignments every day.

In the role of a traveling consultant, you will work on-site with our clients in warehousing, logistics, and production where the need exists. Tasks vary depending on the assignment but may include:

• Picking and packing
• Inbound and outbound deliveries
• Forklift operation
• Material handling
• Other common warehouse tasks
• Physical work involving heavy lifting and a fast-paced environment

The position is part-time, so we are looking for someone who has another primary occupation of at least 50%, such as studies, other work, or running your own business.

You will work within a traveling area of up to 7.5 miles from Västerås; therefore, a driver’s license and access to a car are required.

To succeed in this role, we look for someone who:

• Has a valid driver’s license (Category B) and access to a car
• Holds forklift licenses A1–A4 and B1–B3
• Has experience with forklift operation
• Has another primary occupation of at least 50%
• Has experience in warehousing, production, assembly, or similar work
• Enjoys physical work and working in a fast-paced environment

As a person, you are reliable, positive, and easy to collaborate with. You adapt quickly to new workplaces and tasks, contributing energy and engagement to the team.
