We are now looking for an administrative resource who can assist our client's customer service team in the coming period. This is perfect for you if you are practical, a quick learner, and enjoy helping out where needed. You do not need prior experience in customer service – what matters most is that you are confident in administrative tasks and systems.

• Place orders and register articles and customers

• Assist with basic administration in Business Central

• Answer emails and phone calls

• Generate reports and invoice documentation

• Support with complaints and other team needs

• Provide basic administrative support to the finance department, where Excel skills are highly advantageous

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, order processing, or similar work

• Not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and help out

• Enjoy working on-site and collaborating with others

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Excel skills are advantageous but not mandatory

• Valid driver's license (B) and access to a car

• Start: Immediately

• Duration: Initially until August 31st

• Workplace: Jordbro
