We have operated in Gothenburg and the surrounding area since our inception, and we are now expanding our operations to Stockholm with the goal of becoming the region's most reliable cleaning partner for private and corporate clients.

We are currently looking for experienced cleaners who want to help build our Stockholm operations from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the team, routines, and customer experience in a fast-growing local business.

Job Responsibilities

As a cleaner with us, your primary tasks will include:

• Moving-out cleaning of apartments, townhouses, and villas with inspection-approved quality
• Home cleaning for private clients, often recurring weekly or bi-weekly
• Deep cleaning prior to move-in
• Office cleaning and corporate cleaning

You will mostly work in teams of two, operating from a rolling schedule. We provide a company car, cleaning supplies, work clothes, and clear checklists. You focus on delivering results that exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in professional cleaning, preferably moving-out and home cleaning
• Has a valid B-driver's license, which is a requirement, and is a confident and experienced driver in Stockholm traffic
• Speaks and understands Swedish or English fluently
• Is meticulous, punctual, and has an eye for detail
• Is physically active and can handle work in standing and bent positions for extended periods
• Is service-minded and understands that you represent Välvårdat in the client's home and office
• Can pass a background check (extract from the criminal record), as we work in clients' private spaces

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous employment with a cleaning company responsible for inspections
• Experience leading a small cleaning team
• Good knowledge of multiple languages
