About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced coordinator for our mobile operations in Stockholm. As a coordinator, you are based at our headquarters in Stockholm but handle bookings across several regions.

The role of coordinator involves continuous responsibility for planning and booking patient visits for a number of dentists and/or dental hygienists. Bookings are made based on both patient needs and current requirements and guidelines from regions and the business, meaning several factors must be weighed simultaneously in every individual decision. The role also involves booking training sessions at our contracted accommodations in the Stockholm region.

The workday is characterized by a constant influx of new cases, where priorities may need to be quickly reassessed based on urgent needs, changes in patient status, or altered conditions within the business. This means that planning is often dynamic rather than static, and rebookings and adjustments occur continuously throughout the day.

An important part of the role is the ongoing contact and dialogue with the clinicians working in the business (dentists and dental hygienists). Good and functional cooperation is crucial to ensure efficient planning, high availability, and a good working environment.

We offer a permanent position with start date according to agreement.

Six-month probationary period.

• Have experience in administrative work within healthcare, social services, or similar operations.
• Have a good understanding of care processes and patient flows (or equivalent complex flows).
• Have experience working according to detailed routines and regulations.
• Have good system proficiency, e.g., medical record systems and booking systems. Previous experience with various medical record systems is an advantage.
• Have a very good ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner.
• Have broad social skills, distinguishing yourself through your ability to create, maintain, and sustain good relationships.
• Are passionate about making a difference in both the patient's and your colleagues' daily lives, providing exceptional customer service.
• Are solution-oriented and flexible.
• Are confident in yourself and your role.
• Can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Have a high degree of accuracy and responsibility with the ability to handle many parallel cases simultaneously.
• Have the ability to solve problems and work independently within the company's routines and values.
